Mana Mode Limited is a pre-order clothing brand. All sales are subject to New Zealand consumer law, Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA).

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email us as soon as possible at churr@manamode.nz with your order number and photos.

• If the issue is confirmed, we will meet our obligations under the CGA. Depending on the problem, this may include repair, replacement, or refund.

• For faulty or incorrect items, Mana Mode covers reasonable return shipping or provides a prepaid label.

Delivery

Orders are predominantly made to order. Delivery is normally within up to 2 weeks from the date of ordering. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you with an update.
