Mana Mode – Shipping & Delivery Policy

Mana Mode Limited is a kaupapa-led clothing label based in Aotearoa. We operate on a monthly pre-order cycle, alongside a small amount of ready-to-ship stock.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders open once a month for a limited time.

  • Each pre-order is made to order and will take up to four (4) weeks to arrive from the date of ordering.

  • If there is a significant delay beyond this timeframe, we’ll contact you with an update.

  • Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

In-Stock Items

  • Some products are held in stock.

  • Available stock levels are shown on the website for each item.

  • In-stock orders are normally shipped within 5 working days of purchase.

Processing & Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes depend on whether your item is pre-order or in-stock.

  • All orders are shipped within Aotearoa New Zealand.

  • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they may be shipped together once the pre-order is ready — unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) (e.g. if your item is faulty or incorrect).

Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available through the courier).

Delivery Responsibility

  • We use reputable courier services for all deliveries.

  • Risk in the goods passes to you once they’re delivered to the address you provided — please ensure your delivery details are accurate.

International Orders

  • We currently ship within Aotearoa – New Zealand as standard.

  • International shipping may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

  • Overseas customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions that may apply in their country.
